This work package is designed to operate horizontally across the project, complementing and supporting the actions outlined in other work packages throughout the project’s duration. Its primary aim is to enhance the expertise of project members by offering additional resources and opportunities to broaden their skills. This includes not only expanding their research portfolio but also developing complementary skills that are valuable for their professional growth. By focusing on capacity-building, this work package aims to empower project members with a diverse set of competencies, fostering a more robust and versatile team capable of effectively addressing the project’s objectives.

Key Objectives:

Enhancing the complementary skills of project members: Enhancing the skill set and knowledge base of project members by ensuring that participants have the necessary capabilities to effectively contribute to project activities and achieve its objectives.

• Facilitating knowledge exchange and learning: Through webinars, workshops, and training events, project members
• Fostering collaboration and networking: By engaging in these capacity-building activities, project members can establish connections with peers, experts, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and networking opportunities both within and outside the project consortium.
• Empowering project members for future endeavors: The acquisition of complementary skills such as entrepreneurship, intellectual property rights management, and machine learning enhances the professional development of project members, equipping them with valuable expertise for their future careers and endeavors.
