π Exciting Update from the COASTLINE Project! π
Ioanna Gkika from Aegean Solutions S.A. successfully completed her secondment at Politecnico di Bari from April 28 to May 27, 2025, as part of WP6 β Coastline Platform (T6.1: WebGIS COASTLINE Platform β Research and Design).
π Key Achievements:
π€ Developed and deployed an AI-powered chatbot on the COASTLINE website, combining conversational and generative AI (RAG) to assist users with both FAQs and complex queries using project documentation.
π Conducted exploratory research on coastline segmentation techniques to support future integration of AI-driven geospatial analysis into our WebGIS platform.
